Shore Excursions

St. Kitt’s is in the Shorexpert spotlight today as I take a trip down memory lane and share my musings on Celebrity Cruises’ “Island History and Rum Tasting” tour.
St. Kitts is roughly 168 km2 and is home to around 45,000 so called ‘Kittitians’. It is also home to the Warner Park Cricket Stadium, which was used to host 2007 Cricket World Cup matches. I’m back!
Those of you who have been paying attention will be aware that I have been away on a 14 night Caribbean cruise. And what a cruise it was! This post is all about meeting Tom Jones, singing the Welsh National Anthem and upcoming cruises to Wales.
Goodness, could that be a touch of hiraeth Liz..?!

The suspense is already causing my heart to beat a little faster and is a timely reminder of my competitive (over) drive.
As the saying goes, ‘winners don’t wait for chances, they take them’

But first, how about a quote from George Burns to kick us off..
“Happiness? A good cigar, a good meal, a good cigar and a good woman – or a bad woman; it depends on how much happiness you can handle.”
Crack open the humidor and let’s get the party started!
