Welcome to the first in a series of posts on my recent trip to Havana. Tonight the shore excursion spotlight falls on the legendary Tropicana nightclub. A flamboyant, 1950s-style kitsch extravaganza that does exactly what is says on the tin and delivers a fantastic, fun night out. The show is a non-stop singing and dancing bonanza, awash with quivering tail feathers, sparkling sequins and precariously placed ginormous headdresses.
