A good tour guide is a joy to behold. A GREAT tour guide is even better. But how does ‘good’ become ‘great’? A Just Wanderlust article holds the answers for novice and experienced guides alike.
‘Knowledge does not make the guide’ – a thought provoking and ultimately influential catch phrase that I first encountered during my tour guide training in *1999.
And finally, its all eyes to the right and here’s a toast to the world’s favourite tour guide, Tour Guide Barbie who features in Toy Story 2 which was released in *1999.
Hunt for the hidden tributes and read on..

St. Kitt’s is in the Shorexpert spotlight today as I take a trip down memory lane and share my musings on Celebrity Cruises’ “Island History and Rum Tasting” tour.

I’m back!
Those of you who have been paying attention will be aware that I have been away on a 14 night Caribbean cruise. And what a cruise it was! This post is all about meeting Tom Jones, singing the Welsh National Anthem and upcoming cruises to Wales.
Goodness, could that be a touch of hiraeth Liz..?!
